59 political prisoners had started a hunger strike to protest against horrible condition as lack of health treatment and inhuman behavior of the Karoon prison’s officials on 14 Nov 2014.  Afterward, they also have refused to meet their family.

The prisoner’s families have reportedly demonstrated to ask officials for handling and accountability on the situation of the prisoners in front of the Khuzestan Bureau of Prisons.
