Iran: Three Prisoners Hanged for Drug Crimes

On 12 Aug 2015, three inmates were hanged by gallows in Rajai Shahr prison.

The prisoners who were not identified by name were accused of drug-related crimes as Iran�s governmental agencies said.

They were reportedly hanged by gallows in the yard of Rajai Shahr prison of Karaj, located in the west of the capital of Iran, Tehran, Wednesday morning August 12, according to the news.

The offenders allegedly charged with manufacturing �homemade synthetic narcotic drugs in the southern district of Tehran.

They were executed when their prison terms were ended. The inmates were between 24 to 37 years old.
