The following report contains just a part of all executions and detentions which had occurred in Sistan and Baluchistan province of Iran in 2014.

The identities reportedly of detainees that are cleared for Human Rights activists of Baluchistan:

Reportedly there are few mass arrests, the details are as follows:

- Fourteen persons were arrested in order to revenge for the massacre of police officials in Saravan on 9 July 2014, as the police commander declared.

- Several persons were detained and accused of the assassination of naval commander (Mohsen Abbasi) in Chabahar on 13 Oct 2014.

- Seven persons were arrested and accused of killing three officials in Zahak on 27 Nov 2014.

The name of entities that were executed:

Reportedly there are few executions and the details are as follows:

- Fifteen Baloch prisoners were executed on 7 Feb 2014. They had been accused of bombing in Chabahar�s Hussainia.

- A prisoner was executed by gallows in Zahedan on 9 Jan 2014. He was accused of murder.

- Two men and two women (Pakistani citizenships) were executed in hallway of Zahedan prison on 20 Sep 2014. They had been accused of drug trafficking.

- Three Baloch prisoners were executed in Zahedan on 27 Dec 2014. They have been accused of drug trafficking by court.

 

The name of entities that were summoned and investigated in 2014 as follows:

- Molavi Mohammad Omar Molazehi, writer and translator, was summoned by Intelligence Service of Iran on 9 March 2014.

- Four Facebook users including Masoud Raiesi, Milad Raiesi, Mehrdad Barani and Esmail Raiesi were summoned and forced to regret in reason of publishing a critical letter against the chief of the Organization for Mobilization of the Oppressed in Fiuj on 25 July 2014.

- Severe persecution and detention of Baloch citizens has been continued during reopening the Seminary of Sunnite on 21 August 2014. 

- Four students of Seminary including Abdolhamid Khorasani, Hamed Naderi, Habibollah Eslami and Saied Kurdistani (Kurdish citizen) were summoned by Special Clerical Court on 9 Nov 2014.

 

Reports of Suspicious Death of Baloch Prisoners in Iran on 2014

- Ali Narooi died under suspicious circumstances in Central Urmia prison on 6 March 2014. There are contradictory reports of his death.

- Abdollah Dahmardeh also died under suspicious circumstances in Kerman prison on 19 June 2014. He had spent five years and was accused of drug trafficking. Abdollah died during a surgery in Bahonar hospital of Kerman. His family was threatened by Intelligence Service of Iran in order to stop them following his case.  

- Hamzeh Narooi, 23, a political prisoner, died in Zahedan prison due the severe torture by Intelligence Service on 5 July 2014. His brother reportedly was tortured and killed in Central Urmia prison on Feb 2014.  

 

Reports of Human Rights Violations of Baloch Prisoners in Iran on 2014

- Two Baloch prisoners including Abed Bamboori and Ishaq Kalki were deprived to meet their family despite they had passed 6 years of their imprisonment till 27 Jan 2014.

- Emadedin Molazehi, a political prisoner, was summoned on 8 Feb 2014.

- Officials of Zahedan prison harassed Sunni prisoners by optional acting and insulting. Reported on 13 Feb 2014.

- Molavi Naghshbandi and his lawyer were refused to attend the trail on 11 March 2014.

- Disclosure of the torture documents of Molavi Abdolghafar Naghshbandi on 2 April 2014.

- Naser Raiesi (Hayat Balidei) died because of infliction of the immune system (AIDS) on 2 May 2014.

- Severe persecution of Malek Mohammad Abadian by Intelligence Service to force him for expressing a dictation speech against Sunni media on 19 May 2014.

- Two Baloch prisoners who had been exiled to Ardebil prison were beaten by criminal inmates on 13 July 2014.

- According to reports, the prisoners suffer from lack of cooling system such as air conditioner, refrigerator and water cooler in Zahedan prison in summer of 2014.  It is worth noting that the health treatment is another huge harassment for prisoners, the prisoners reportedly declared that the prison clinic doesn�t have medicine for specific diseases and they have to buy medicines on own costs.

- The prisoners had criticized insults to Aisha (She was one of Muhammad's wives) during the lecture of a Shiite cleric on 27 July 2014.

- Esmail Hosseini, Afghan citizen, was beaten and tortured by officials of Zahedan prison on 12 August 2014.

- Javad Abadian was transferred to Intelligence Service detention from Zahedan prison on 2 Sep 2014.

- Severe persecution and preventing phone call for Molavi Naghshbandi on 8 Sep 2014.
