A Baluch citizen who had been in prison for eight years was executed in Zabol prison.

Mr. Majid Sasooli, 45, was hanged by gallows in the prison yard on Sunday, 5 Sep 2015, he had been allegedly sentenced to the death penalty for drug-related crimes under Iran's Islamic Penal Code, Baluch Activists Campaign reported.

Prison officials had called his relatives for last farewell on 4 Sept 2015.

The capital punishment carried out by gallows against the prisoner, who had six children, at 4:00 A.M earlier morning on Sunday.
