Adnan Went to Prison to Serve the Remaining Imprisonment Term

Adnan Rahmat Panah went to Adel Abad prison to serve his remaining imprisonment term on 11 November 2014.
 He was sentenced to one year in prison by Mahmoud Sadati, the chief judge of the Revolutionary Court in Shiraz, IRAN. This Baha�I citizen has arrested on charges of inciting propaganda against the regime on 12 Dec 2012. He had previously been spent 186 days in prison before being released by placing bail estimated 200 million Tomans.

 The court also accused him of spreading Baha�I faith through Facebook and having contact with Persian B.B.C. 

Adnan recently transferred at ward youth green. Since then, his physical condition allegedly deteriorated due to lack of facilities especially heating system as he still deprived of receiving medical treatment. He along with other inmates with general crimes is held at ward youth green. They are more than 200 prisoners who cramped in the space less than 120 square meters. 

Mahmoud Sadati, the chief judge of the Revolutionary Court in Shiraz, has shamefully insulted Adnan Rahmat Panah as quoting "you are untouchable because you are not Muslims�.

These are the exact offensive words that head of the Revolutionary Court in Shiraz, said to Adnan (Baha'I citizen) and quoted by a human rights activist who wanted to remain unknown for security purposes. The witness also had been sentenced with Adnan at the same time by the same judge.
