Iran-Most of the political-civil activists and religious minorities are denied education ever since the Islamic revolution of Iran in 1979.
Baha�i citizens are obvious victims of human rights violations and remain at the top of the list, followed by political-students activists.
Baha�i citizens usually pass secondary school diploma as second-class citizens. They encounter so many obstacles regarding university entrance. Baha�is have not had permission to enter universities since 2004. Some of Baha�i students are rejected in the beginning and some of them were dismissed during their courses.
Shadan Shirazi & Noora Sabet are two examples of Baha'i students who were deprived of education because of their faith.
Majid Tavakoli, Arash Sadeghi, Majid Dori and Setareh Eliasi were deprived as a result of being student activists.
The first paragraph of Article forty-three of Iran's constitution is about providing the basic needs such as housing, food, clothing, health and education.
The Article 26 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights also emphasizes the right of education.

Deprivation of occupation is another obvious violation against human rights that include Baha�is, Deravish, Sunni and political-civil activists in Iran.
More than 79 business places owned by Baha�is were pad locked in Kerman, Jiroft and Rafsanjan. Baha�is do not have the governments permission for the operation of a legitimate businesses in Iran.
Deravish's lawyers Farshid Yadollahi and Omid Behrouzi were denied access to the Bar Association and to practice law as an attorney for 5 years.
Nasrin Soutedeh, as a lawyer & human rights activist was deprived by �Bar Association� and her license was canceled for three years.
An Iranian film-maker Jafar Panahi was deprived of any participation in art or film for 20 years, while he has won several awards for his work such as the �Golden Camera� in Cannes Film Festival in 1995 & the �Silver Bear� at the Berlin Film Festival in 2006.
He was arrested in his own home with 17 persons, including his wife and daughter in March 2010.
Article forty-three of Iran's constitution explicitly declares the occupation rights of citizens.
