Abolqasem (Javad) Fooladvand, a political activist, was deprived of health treatment by the prosecutor of Tehran. He suffers from Hernia and mouth Cyst.
Fooladvand, 52, was already sentenced to 18 years imprisonment and 74 lashes. He had been accused of disobedience to Imam and was sentenced to15 years imprisonment, and was sentenced to two years imprisonment for insulting the Supreme Leader of Iran. Fooladvand had been charged of public disturbance.
He was kept in Evin prison until the �Bloodshed Friday� incident, besides that, he was exiled to Rajai Shahr.
It is worth noting: he as a taxi driver had been sentenced of similar charge and served 18 months in Jamshidieh and Ghezel hesar prisons in the 1980s.Translated : Kaveh Taheri
