Nine prisoners who had been taken to solitary confinement of Central Karaj prison executed by gallows in the yard of the prison on 8 June 2015. The seven persons of the offensives who were 25 to 37 years old convicted to death on the charge of drug-related crimes.

The name of five of them are Ali Firouz, Masoud Alimardankhani, Saied Zangeneh, Majid Tayfeh and Akbar.

On the other hand, two prisoners were hanged by gallows in public on the charge of rape in the city of Shahrebabak on 9 June 2015.

The offensives had been accused of committing rape to a woman through threatening her child on 5 Jan 2015.

The three offenders called by branch two at the Criminal Court of Kerman County while they had been arrested on 7 Jan 2015. The court sentenced two of them to death and the other one convicted to 15 imprisonment with charged with assisting in rape.
