A prisoner who was accused of rape executed by gallows in public.

On 15 July 2015, an inmate hanged in public in the Mahvalat County, Razavi Khorasan Province according to the news received by BCR Group.

The inmate convicted to death on the charge of raping 11-year-old girl who died as a result of rape after a while in the hospital.

The unknown offensive was sentenced to execution and stoning By Virtue of Note of Article 132 and Articles 160 and 164 and Clause A of Article 172 and Note 2 of Article 218 and Clause T of Note 2 of Article 224 of Islamic Penal Code passed in the Criminal Court on 2013.

The pubic execution of this prisoner came while Ramadan month is not ended. However, usually the death penalty does not implement in this month.

The capital punishment just executed a few hours after Iran's nuke agreement, and Human Rights activists have seriously concerned over non-ending systematic Human Rights violations such as execution and mass arbitrary arrests.
