Saeed Pourheydar, an Iranian journalist and blogger, convicted to five years in prison in preliminary Court.

Mr. Pourheydar who was reportedly arrested once arrived in Iran, despite President Rouhani's assurance for many Iranian left the country during the 2009 unrest to return, convicted to five years imprisonment at Branch 28 of the Islamic Revolutionary Court in Tehran which chaired by Judge Mohammad Mogheyseh on 3 August 2015.

The Iranian journalist was previously detained in 2009. After Pourheydar had been released on bail, he left Iran for the U.S during which he testified to Human Rights organizations, including the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center, about torture and prison abuse. He returned to Iran in late 2014 and was subsequently arrested and charged with "propaganda against the state," "insulting the president," and "spreading lies through cyberspace."

He was taken to the Evin prison at the time of arrest and transferred to Ward eight of the prison as rights groups said.

Mr. Pourheydar finally delivered to Rajai Shahr prison when investigating done by officials in the Islamic Republic chambers. He is suffering from constant unstable health condition.
