Following the severe deterioration of Mr. Seyed Hossein Kazemini Boroujerdiļæ½s physical condition - this prisoner of conscience who had been forced into accepting serious conditions imposed by the special Court of the Clergy, including a bail in the amount of three hundred million Toomans and bailment by two bail bondsmen, was sent out for a medical leave this morning, Wednesday, January 4th 2017 for a limited time.
Even though the prison term of Mr. Kazemeini Boroujerdi had come to an end by March 2016, and he had to be released at that time, however, not only his request for being released has not been addressed until this date, but also the authorities of the regime had repeatedly refused his requests for a medical leave.
