Mostafa Daneshjoo, a Gonabadi Dervishes lawyer and Human Rights activist, was hospitalized at Shohada Tajrish hospital and admitted to critical care units (C.C.U) due to the recent respiratory attack and his physical condition deterioration in Evin prison on 11 March 2015.

Mostafa is suffering from severe asthma and cardiac arrhythmias because of lung function disorder that has lately caused a severe respiratory attack as Majzooban Noor has acknowledged.

The Human Rights lawyer was taken back without medical discharge from the Imam Khomeini hospital to the prison on 21 Jan, when he was under health care treatment. However, he had been deprived of the medicine which prescribed by his specialty physicians. 

He is kept in one of the crowded wards of the prison, eight ward, which the unsuitable conditions could be led him to harden his disease. He could be expected of heart attack according to the reports.
