Saied is being kept in Evin prison after seven months imprisonment and his lawyer was also denied to get access to the details of his case.
He is without any verdict in 12 ward of Evin; this labor activist has been arrested in his workplace on 2 June 2014.
Previously, Saied also had been arrested during the earth-quake of Ahar city in Azerbaijan province on 21 August 2012. Eventually, officials released him on the bail after spending 19 days in detention.
