Vahid Asghari, feminist, 28, who is currently in Rajai Shahr prison, was arrested on 8 May 2008, and accused of human trafficking (Young girl trafficking to Arabic country in the Persian Gulf), administrator ship of anti-religion and porno websites which attributed by Fars news, after all persecution and torture he has been undergone in the Revolutionary Guards detention.
Vahid had sued Fars news (IRGC media) and IRIB (Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcating) at four branch of the Culture and Media Court due to the false accusation that was attributed to him when he was in 350 ward of Evin prison on 2011.(The complaint document is attached At the bottom of the report.)According to the latest verdict of Vahid, all of the accusations were false and non-documented when Supreme Court cancelled the death penalty and the other libel, as he has declared.
He was reportedly accused of receiving twelve million dollars from Google, U.S technical support from Dream Host Company, receiving money check from U.S through City Bank because of his acceptance from University of Northern Iowa a U.S Embassy appointment.
It should be noted that no governmental agencies yet took responsibility of his confession on TV while he was interrogated in the Revolutionary Guards detention.
Finally, Vahid was transferred to Rajai Shahr on 13 August 2014 after having about six years in Evin prison.
